Caveats

• Capabilities introduced in the Free Flight Phase 2 (FFP2) time frame, not necessarily available everywhere (see associated issue)
• Capabilities expected to have wider deployment and possibly more functionality beyond the FFP2 time frame
• Information sharing among these capabilities not expected to be fully in place during FFP2 time frame
